BACKGROUND

LARABAR strives to create bars that are pure, simple, and delicious that bring quality food to those who live an active lifestyle. They wished to create a sustainable, collaborative partnership that encapsulated their founder, Lara Merriken’s, Colorado roots that would reach a niche portion of their target market. They collaborated with 12 breweries across Colorado using their spent grain from the brewing process as the bar’s flour base, creating a unique and sustainable bar.
